1. Services

Our security literacy courses using interactive simulations are designed to improve awareness and practical skills.

• Sessions are scheduled upon enrollment and conducted online or at designated venues.
• Schedule adjustments are available at no extra fee if requested at least 7 days before the session date. To arrange a change, contact us.
• Reimbursement policy: If you cancel at least 5 days before the start date, you may request a full reimbursement of the course fee. Cancellations fewer than 5 days before start are eligible for a 50% reimbursement. All reimbursement requests are handled within 14 days via the original pay channel.
• Courses are non-reimbursable once started, as resources and facilitators are allocated in advance.

2. Digital Products

Includes e-books, video modules and downloadable simulations.

• Access is granted immediately after purchase.
• If a file is corrupted, we will provide a replacement package or a full reimbursement within 7 days of the order date.
• Digital products cannot be rescheduled.

3. Physical Goods

Includes training kits and printed materials.

• Items ship within 5–7 business days from our warehouse.
• You may send back unopened packages within 14 days of receipt for a reimbursement. To arrange shipment back to us, contact us. Once we verify package condition, the reimbursement will be processed within 7 days.
• Items damaged by improper use are not eligible for coverage under this policy.

4. Changes to Terms

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
